- Blue part: one bedroom with 2 beds, terrace with a view at the bay , small kitchen with refrigerator, bathroom with shower. This part can be used separately, as an independent apartment or as part of a whole house.
- All spaces have air conditioning devices build in
- The spaces can be used separately and the common spaces include an outdoor kitchen, an indoor dining room and two barbecue places
- Free private parking for two vehicles in the yard and free wi-fi are provided
- Pets are allowed
